What we collect

When you use the project form or email us: your name, email address and anything you tell us about your project, including attached files. When you browse the site: anonymous usage data through analytics cookies, only if you accept them.

Why we use it

To reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and run a project with you (contract or steps before a contract), and to understand how the site is used (consent).

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don’t become projects are deleted after 24 months. Project records are kept for 6 years for accounting and legal reasons.

Who we share it with

Only the services we need to run the studio, such as our email provider, file storage and analytics. We never sell your data.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct, delete or move your data, or object to how we use it. Write to hello@mateandmate.com. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
