The company that operates a network of toll roads approached us to design an application for monitoring road conditions. While they had a technical solution in place, they required assistance with the design aspect of the project.
As a result product we delivered enables users to track the state of the road surfaces, ongoing and planned repairs, warranties, and contractor banking obligations from a single platform with minimal effort.
During the design process, we made several visits to the company’s office to gather information and insights on how their operations work. They helped us with invaluable feedback on how the application would be used in practice.
By immersing ourselves in their work environment, we were able to better understand their needs and design a product that would meet their expectations.
This approach enabled us to create a design that was both user-friendly and practical, while also ensuring that the product could be implemented within the given timeframe.
